Who We Are and Why It Matters for Your Gift?
Mockingbird Incubator is a Los Angeles-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and fiscal sponsor. When you donate to one of our sponsored projects, your gift is received and processed by Mockingbird Incubator. We are the legal entity responsible for all funds. That means your donation is fully tax-deductible, and disbursed exclusively for the purposes you intend.
Every project we sponsor is approved by our Board of Directors. All funds are managed in full compliance with IRS and FASB requirements. We are an active member of the National Network of Fiscal Sponsors.
Our IRS Determination Letter is available upon request.

All donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please make all checks and grant payments payable to Mockingbird Incubator with the project name included in the memo or grant notes.
