WE WELCOME PROJECTS THAT:

• Provide direct services, gap services, or systems change work

• Are providing thought leadership and innovation within their sector

• Are run by founders of diverse backgrounds

• Plan on becoming their own 501c3 nonprofit after sponsorship ends

• Projects that are amplifying issues of equity, racial justice and inclusion

• Projects with progressive values focused on human dignity, sustainability, and community building

• Do grassroots and community organizing work

• Value anti-racism and employment practices that advance equity
