A workshop on how to successfully create a fundraising plan to guide your organization’s fundraising efforts in the right direction. We help you understand how to effectively draft a fundraising plan scaled for your organization’s goals, size, and stage.

Program Design for Nonprofits - 1-2 hrs

A workshop on how to intentionally design your programs or services to help further your organization’s mission. We provide tools to help you define your program's activities, create a journey map for client services, build in feedback loops for program refinement, and perfect your program’s language to attract donors and new clients.

Outcomes Evaluation & Metric Creation
101 - 1-2 hrs

A workshop designed to help you design metrics to measure your organization's impact and information on how to set up evaluation systems that create measurements for reporting. We will cover the multiple purposes of evaluation within nonprofits, the methods you might use to gather impact data, the kinds of metrics needed for grants, and the technology you will need to be successful.

Pricing & Details

Individual Online Training: $300

  • Our trainings are for everyone in your organization, including your Board and staff.

  • We will provide all the necessary materials for you and your attendees

  • Trainings are available during normal business hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

  • Trainings outside business hours have an extra fee of $200.
