Your nonprofit growth assessment results:

You are doing great!

Congratulations! All the hard work with your nonprofit is paying off. Although you might have realized by now that running a nonprofit is not easy, you have all the basic infrastructure you need, and now you can focus on growth!  At this stage, we recommend you focus on creating the additional infrastructure needed to help you scale your operations and get additional support.

Some of the steps we recommend for your organization at this stage include:

  1. Invest in a CRM or other database. At this stage, you might have more donors than you can track in an excel file, and you need a reliable system to help you automatically follow up with them, ask for additional donations, send automated emails, etc. Check out this blog to see if your organization is ready to take the database plunge?

  2. Create an evaluation plan. Now it’s time to grow your impact evaluation. Improving your evaluation practices will allow you to serve your clients better and secure more funding because you can start proving the impact of your work. Review this guide on how to design metrics and surveys for nonprofits.

  3. Asses the current status of your Board to increase engagement. Assessing the status of your board will help you determine the strategies you need to create increased engagement by members. Find the quiz here.
