About this event

Strategic Planning is an important step to make your path clear to everyone involved in your organization. Strategic planning is also more than a theoretical exercise. The strategies and goals you set early-on should be aligned with the population you serve and the reality of your organization.

This workshop covers:

  • Crafting your mission and vision statements

  • Organizational history, board lists, program descriptions

  • Defining major goal categories

  • Achieving your goals: Strategies, resources, and responsibilities

This event is open to any nonprofit leader, no matter your organization’s size or stage. Whether you are an early-stage nonprofit or you want to take your nonprofit to the next level, you will walk away with concrete and useful resources to help your organization grow and scale the impact of your work.
